Zainal Abidin Rahman, BSC, ACCA, MA
(HRD) from George Washington University.
Zainal is a trainer, consultant and coach who have
trained and helped thousands of clients achieve more
competence, confidence and congruence from their
professional and personal lives”. Prior to that, he had
hands-on experience in senior management positions in
Finance, Operations and Human Resource.
He speaks and trains on various topic of bringing out
and optimizing people’s strengths. He is trained and is
a practitioner of an eclectic set of skills in NLP,
Ericksonian hypnosis, the Enneagram, Energy psychology,
Solutions focus and Appreciative Inquiry which he brings
to bear in his work with individuals and organizations.
He has trained major corporations in Singapore and the
region including the Citicorp group, Sony, Toshiba, The
National University of Singapore and Petronas. He also
accepts coaching assignments from high-value individuals
to help them focus and achieve their personal missions
and goals.
